AVC Subscription FAQs

Any Video Converter now offers both subscription-based and permanent tiers for purchase. The subscription options, including 1-month and 1-year plans, will automatically renew by default. However, you have the flexibility to cancel the auto-renewal at any time if you decide not to continue.

1. What is the refund policy?

AVC provides 5-day money-back guarantee for both the one-month and one-year subscriptions and 30-day guarantee for permanent purchases. The refund period begins immediately after your payment is processed. Once the applicable refund period has passed, payments are non-refundable. For further details on refund eligibility, please refer to our Refund Policy.

2. How to cancel the auto-renewal?

Since the auto-renewal service is enabled by default, you'll need to cancel it before the renewal date if you wish to discontinue the service.

You can cancel the auto-renewal through one of the following three methods:

Method 1: If you subscribed to Any Video Converter Pro 1 month, you can cancel the subscription by following:

After finishing the order, you will receive an email with your order details. Please click "view your subscription" at the bottom of the email.

Click "Cancel subscription" on the billing info. page.

Method 2: If you subscribed to Any Video Converter Pro 12-month, you can cancel the subscription by following:

After finishing the order, you will receive emails with your order details. Please click "Signup / Login" or "view your subscription" at the bottom of the email.

Log in with the email that you used to purchase Any Video Converter. After login, click "My Products" > "Stop automatic subscription renewal" to cancel the subscription.

Method 3: You can contact our support team via support@any-video-converter.co. We will help you cancel the service.

3. Why does my license become valid or expire even after renewal?

After your renewal, you will receive a new license. To activate it, you can simply launch Any Video Converter, go to "Register" > "Change Account" to activate it, and enter the new registration code.

If you haven’t received your new license, please contact us at support@any-video-converter.com, and we’ll send you the new license as soon as possible.

4. Can I keep using the software once canceled the subscription?

Yes, you will still have full access to Any Video Converter for the remainder of your current billing period. You can also check the expiration date by visiting the Registration window within the software.

Once your subscription expires, the program will revert to the Free version. You can subscribe to AVC again or purchase a permanent license.

5. Why does the final settlement price differ from the one on your website?

The prices on our website are listed in US dollars and will be automatically converted to your local currency during the checkout process.

Additionally, the renewal price will generally match the price you initially paid. However, if you purchase it at a discount, your renewal will be charged at the original price listed on our website. Please note that the discounted price applies only to the initial purchase.

6. Can I change or upgrade the subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade from the monthly plan to the annual. If you want to upgrade to the annual plan, please contact us at support@any-video-converter.com, and we will help you change or upgrade the plan.

The remaining unused days of your current monthly plan will be calculated and converted to the remaining balance, which will be used to deduct the cost of the new subscription, and you will be charged the insufficient portion if applicable. Once the change of subscription is confirmed, you will be charged (the difference) on the day, and receive a new license to activate the program.

Note: Upgrading from monthly or annual to permanent is not eligible. If you want to change to the permanent license once you have the monthly or annual plan, you can purchase it after your subscription has expired.
