Any Video Converter has been updated to Version 9, featuring a new interface and layout, along with more upcoming tools. V7 is no longer receiving updates. If you purchased V7, you can contact us to upgrade your license to V9.
The Free, Pro, and Ultimate versions now have been consolidated into a single program. You can purchase the license to upgrade to the Pro or Ultimate versions by purchasing the license.
Before deciding to upgrade, we encourage you to use the Free version to see whether it meets your needs. We offer 5-day money-back guarantee on the monthly and the annual subscription, and 30-day money-back guarantee for permanent plan. Refunds & Exchanges will be only approved under the accepted circumstances below.
Accepted Circumstances
We offer refunds & exchanges for the following circumstances within 5-day and 30-day Money Back Guarantee:
1) You accidentally purchased the same product which you already had, the duplicated one can be refunded.
2) You purchase the wrong product, and then purchase the right one within the refund period, the wrong order can be refunded.
3) No registration code received after placing the order, and no response from the customer service within 24 hours.
4) Software purchased has technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 30 days.
5) If you've canceled your auto-renewal prior to the renewal date, but your subscription has still been automatically renewed, please send us the cancellation screenshots for a full refund.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
Unaccepted Circumstances
The refund & exchange are not allowed in the following situations:
1) Did not read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's functions/compatibility. We encourage our customers to read the product description and try the free trial version before making their final purchase decision.
2) Did not receive the registration code but never asked our support team for help before requesting a refund.
3) You purchased the wrong product and then purchased the right one from another company. Or you purchased the wrong product but did not submit a refund or exchange request to the right product during the refund period.
4) You request a refund due to the price difference between different regions or different vendors.
5) You changed your mind after purchasing.
6) You encountered terminal technical problems when using our products, but refuse to provide any information or cooperate with our support team for further troubleshooting.
7) Your order has exceeded our maximum refund period.
